BBLLP Partner Beth Keeley has joined the Massachusetts Women’s Bar Association Board of Directors.
The mission of the WBA is to bring women lawyers in Massachusetts together to build important personal and professional relationships. The vision of the WBA is to build a strong community of women lawyers who make a difference in the profession and in society at large.
Attorney Keeley is excited for this opportunity to work with the Women’s Bar Association (WBA) in this capacity. “I am an energetic and optimistic lawyer and person. When I think about my original goal in becoming to a lawyer, it was simply: to help people. I love that I can do that with this profession, and I want to help and encourage others in this vein. I believe I am qualified by my professional work, which has allowed me to advocate, especially on behalf of vulnerable populations. I have also built skills in navigating government agencies and building teams and coalitions to effectively get work accomplished. I think my ability to focus on individuals and listen to their needs, in addition to my leadership skills and my ability to connect people, make me qualified for this position.”
