Consumer Protection / M.G.L. 93A
The Massachusetts consumer protection statute, M.G.L. c. 93A, and related regulations promulgated by the Attorney General to enforce it, level the playing field between businesses and consumers. The Attorney General possesses broad authority to conduct investigations into consumer affairs and enforce the law. Consumers are also empowered to enforce their rights privately. We represent businesses in connection with the Attorney General’s 93A consumer protection investigations. We also represent consumers and businesses in private actions.
