Mr. Coluntino began his career working with consumers in bankruptcy and foreclosure defense. While working on consumer protection matters, he began to represent clients in short sales and quickly developed a passion for real estate transactions. During his consumer protection practice, he fought for hundreds of clients facing foreclosures and successfully helped these clients sell their homes and move onto the next chapters in their lives.

Building upon his consumer protection practice, Mr. Coluntino transitioned away from filing bankruptcies and focused on Commercial/Residential Real Estate Law representing homeowners, homebuyers, and residential real estate lenders, through transactional real estate conveyancing.

Mr. Coluntino prides himself on finding winning solutions on every transaction and leaving lasting impressions on his peers and clients and thrives on referrals from clients. Mr. Coluntino has worked on transactions of up to $18 million involving strategic tax planning and optimization and regularly represents sellers and buyers on more traditionally priced properties. Regardless of the size of the transaction, Mr. Coluntino’s personal attention, diligence and expertise are hallmarks of his practice.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Coluntino worked in construction and the electrical field. When Mr. Coluntino is not at the office, he spends his time, on his road bike, boating, fishing, working on his Mustang, and with his family and friends.
