Ethan Park is of counsel at Butters Brazilian. He represents individuals and organizations in complex litigation and appeals in state and federal courts. His practice focuses on litigating contract and business tort claims in commercial, consumer protection, employment, real estate, intellectual property and founders’ disputes. He also provides strategic counseling and advocacy services for entities handling commercial transactions, internal investigations and government investigations.
Mr. Park has successfully represented clients ranging from executives and other professionals to start-ups and large companies in a broad range of business litigation and appeals. He previously served as head in-house litigation counsel for DraftKings, Inc., and as an associate at Butters Brazilian. He graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2010. During law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Joseph A. Trainor in the Massachusetts Appeals Court and as a full-time law clerk at Butters Brazilian. In 2004, he graduated magna cum laude from Suffolk University College of Arts & Sciences, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and the Rosalie Warren Prize for his scholarship in the subject.
